Warmly welcome the patient, complete required paperwork and identification, log them as a new patient, prepare their chart materials, take pre-exam vitals, and hand off to the doctor.

    Stand and greet the patient warmly by name as they arrive.

    Mark the Appointment Book by coloring the box red to the left of the name.

    Copy the patient's photo ID; for minors, copy the parent's ID and any guardianship papers if the parent is not present.

    Assign a new patient number from the New Patient Log.
