    In Medisoft, go to Activities menu > Enter Transactions (or click the Transaction Entry speed button). Select the patient's Chart and Case at the top of the screen.

    In the Charges grid, click New, enter today's date and the service codes, then click the MultiLink button, pick the MultiLink code and click Create Transactions.
