- 3Once third-party or UM insurance information is obtained (liability can still be pending), begin the Notice of Chiropractic Lien process immediately to secure the lien.
- 4The lien representative emails a copy of the lien, fax confirmations, and certified mail labels to the clinic.
- 5Print the lien packet and staple the documents together.
- 6Make an extra copy of the lien to be used later for the Final Packet.
- 7File the lien packet and the extra lien copy on the left side of the patient chart.
